We are a co-educational preparatory school for children aged 5-11 years which opened in January 2011. We cater for pupils with specialist needs (eg. specific learning difficulties) whether working below or above age appropriate expectations and for children who require extra nurturing and support.

We value every child as an individual and cater for personal learning styles in our teaching methods. Our curriculum is a creative, varied, cross curricular programme which includes teaching social, communication and language needs including English as an Additional Language (EAL), emotional intelligence, motor skills and citizenship skills as well as delivering every area of the National Curriculum including swimming and sport.
We have recently expanded to two classes (Lower Junior and Upper Junior) and we are now welcoming admissions from pupils in Year 1 and 2.
Classes are small (average of eight) and many lessons make use of our beautiful grounds. We work closely with parents to encourage pupils to develop their strengths whilst working towards challenging but achievable targets in their areas of need.

School halls and a tennis / netball / football pitch can be rented after school and at weekends. Please contact the school office to enquire.
Music Therapy sessions are now available. Places can be booked regardless of attendance at the school. Please register interest with the school office .
